Edit: first time after renovation and it is not as noisy. Lots of variety but quite nosiy due to lower ceiling
Having lived in Asia, this is superb! The Dimsum brought me back to my HK days with generous amounts of shrimp not just fish paste, there is finesse in how the pieces are made. The flavors in the Egg white with dry scallops fried wild rice are so delicious , what an authentic experience heck and even the attitudes of the servers are as rude as it gets ! Will definitely return. Parking is free self park but the lot gets packed in quickly with cars cramped up against yours.
My parents come here all the time and live the food. We had dim sum here and the food was excellent especially the stuffed Eggplant. Service was quick & efficient. It was busy even at 1 pm but I think its because the food is so good. We had a table by the wall so it was nice and private. Lots of parking but the lot was almost full. No waiting for a table.
Not sure why there are negative reviews. Everything is cooked to order and extremely good. I had an assortment of seafood options and it was fantastic. If I come back to Vancouver I will certainly go back here. They open at 9am which is also a plus.
Great meal, set menu for 6, was enough for 7 plus 3 kids. We did add chow fun and 4 orders of dumplings though. Great food, service, experience!

must make a reservation before going on weekends! or there will be a long wait. All dim sum were very good. Served hot. HongKong style, HK taste. Staff were friendly, too!
Loved the dimsum here. Very authentic and good portions. Called ahead for reservations. Definitely recommend to make reservation as the restaurant gets packed fast. Favorites were the shu mai with abalone, shrimp rolls and the sticky rice
